AQUALUXE Refund & Return Policy

 

We hope you love your AQUALUXE pieces — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 7–14 days (you choose!) from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • All returns must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags and hygiene liner still attached
    • In original packaging (if possible)


🛑 For hygiene reasons, we CANNOT accept swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had the hygiene liner removed. No exceptions.



 

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos or video proof.
  • Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

 

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Non-Returnable Items 

 

  • Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
